I had a fantastic stay at the Lord Elgin Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Ottawa, being close to key attractions like Parliament Hill and the Rideau Shopping Center. While my room was spacious and clean, it could've used a microwave. The service was hit-or-miss, with amazing valet staff, but some front desk interactions fell short. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again!
